I just finished reading “The Key to the Holy Land” by Pastor Ray Bentley which will be released on February 18th 2014 through Amazon and Barnes and Nobel.
This book encompasses it all, his personal journey of faith, the deep friendships that have been formed because of his love for biblical prophecies and his love for the people of Israel, Palestine, the Middle East, Africa and beyond.
Pastor Ray shares with the reader a unique insight into ancient prophecies, which includes the biblical meaning of the Signs in the Heavens i.e the Mazzaroth (Zodiac), the Riddle of the Sphinx, the Seven Feast-days of the Lord, the Seventy Weeks of Daniel and the significance of the Blood Moons in history and the upcoming once for 2014/15.
Besides the signs in the heavens and prophecies, Pastor Ray also touches on church history and the importance for the church to remember it’s Jewish roots, after all Jesus (Yeshua) was Jewish and the church originated in Jerusalem on Pentecost. Many prophecies have a double or even multiple fulfillment’s and they are pictures of what God did in the past and is going to do in the very near future. The Feast – Days e.g were dress rehearsals.
Pastor Ray challenges the reader not to only study prophecy, but to live it. He is asking us to step into the story.
I highly recommend this book for those who like to go deeper in God’s word. Pastor Ray Bentley invites us all to fall in love with God’s word, to study it and share it with others.
We are truly living in biblical times and now is the time for the church to wake up and look up. This book I hope, will encourage the reader to study the Holy Scriptures and learn about the true meaning of the Feast Days and prophecy in general as they speak to us today.
